I’ve been trying for months to get in contact with someone from the customer service center. I was ensured that the printer ink that I was buying was 100% compatible withmy printer. The ink that was sent was not compatible with my printer at all. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from their company to replace/exchange it and I called multiple times and I’ve gotten through to nobody I left multiple messages I am very disappointed because they have a return and exchange policy on their website. I will not be using this company anymore.

I've ordered several times from them. The first time or two, OK then I received one that didn't work. OK, let that slide. The last order not only didn't work, it leaked all over my hands.
