I purchased black and tricolor ink cartridges from inkjetsclub months ago. The cartridges were too long and not complete with my printer. On numerous occasions I reached out to this company. Only to be consistently told that the product works for my printer and I just wasn't inserting the cartridges correctly. I sent photos of both the error message and the, too long, I'll fitted knockoff cartridges. All I wanted was to sent them back and receive a refund. Eventually they just stopped replying and I'm left with totally useless cartridges and out of 57.00. The customer service is horrendous, they never answer the phone and if and when they call you back, it's a recording. I would advise anyone to not waste your time or money purchasing from this bogus company. Those that have had a satisfying experience, bless you, you're definitely some of the fortunate ones.

This ink is almost worthless. I have to just throw out cartridges as they do not work. Just had to throw out 2 Canon 220 and 221 in Black. Would not work. Last week it was 2 others that would not make electrical contact. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUT THESE FROM INK JETS. Harold Haga

These "remanufactured" ink cartridges are crap. Impossible to get the printers to recognize. Stay away...you will 100% waste your money.

twice in a row I've ordered ink, the first time they sent it on a tour of the southwest instead of mailing it directly from CA to WA, the second time I paid for second day air and it's been 5 days. No more don't trust I'll pay the extra to be able to get my product in a timely basis.

I purchased 2 combo-5pack of ink for my Cannon printer ( 250 and 251 cartridge's) the 250 cartridges was hard to get locked in place and the printer to recognize it. Finally after getting it locked everything functioned and printed great. Today I opened the second pack of cartridges and the yellow 251xl cartridge would not stay locked in place, tried numerous times before installing another yellow cartridge so I could finish printing. Different story today I started printing and the printed pages were smeared and some places to light to read every word, ink levels good . I ran several printer maintenance procedures, cleaning, deep clean, printer head adjustment, roller cleaning. Print quality still poor, even tried making a copy of letter still poor copy . Sorry to say not a good deal if the ink messes up your printer, will go back to the manufactures ink,

Called in to ask questions about order and was treated HORRIBLE! Refuse to give refund. Filed report with BBB and bank to get refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BBB REVIEWS ARE AWFUL.

Do not buy this product. Not only is it awful in regards to quality, the customer service is arrogant and non-responsive. I suspect most of the reviews on their website are manufactured.

One because there's no zero. I ordered 4 of every color and XL. NOT A SINGLE ONE WORKED AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. They are scammers. I used 123inkjets before and didn't have any probems with theirs, so I'm going there to order again because let's be honest, the regular prices are way too inflated, especially now that so many of us have to work from home and are using our personal printers much more. Whichever way you chose to go, these folks are no bargain when you have to throw away all you bought from them!
