I ordered two ink cartridges for my Brother printer. Two different cartridges were sent although they were supposed to be a twin pack of the same. I called the number listed to help me with returns four times and always got a recording. I left messages and noone called back. I stopped ordering from this company.

I would stay clear of ordering ink cartridges from Ink Jets. I unfortunately ordered HP ink cartridges from them. When I attempted to use the cartridges, they were rejected as my printer indicated it required original HP cartridges. Even though they guarantee their product, they have not responded to my multiple phone and text messages requesting a refund I also notice their website does not provide an spot for a review which is a very good indication they may have issues.

I Paid for 4 toner cartridges for my sony computer but sadly they sent me only one black toner cartridge by USPS. No phone and email response to the continuous calls I made for the last one month.

We should be able to give 0 stars for companies just like this. There is no reason why I ordered something and it will take 10 days to get to me. But once they have your money any concerns about good customer service are thrown out the window. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE! NOT REPUTIBLE COMPANY! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZER0 SCORE! Ink cartridges didn't work and I paid $12.90 to send them back and received confirmation that they received them and no refund! Calls and emails go unanswered! Purchased 3-22-26 and sent back cartridges on 5-6-26 after trying what they told me to try to no avail.

I inquired in advance of ordering if their replacement would fit my new HP Laser Jet Pro. I gave them the exact toner model number. it doesn't come close to fitting. With all the no refund reviews I filed it the circular basket.

Great prices and awesome customer service. I had a issue with the magenta cartridge and they sent a replacement right away. I would highly recommend them.
