My experience with Cynthia in customer service was perfect. My HP printer would not accept the ink cartridges. Cynthia quickly responded to my email with suggestions on how to get them to work. Unfortunately, they did not but Cynthia offered a full refund and gave me suggestions on other printers that are more compatible with Inkjets cartridges. She was very helpful and quick to resolve my issue. Her great customer service means I will do more business with Inkjets as soon as I switch printers. Thank you Cynthia!

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. However, I placed my order on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday, worked perfectly the first time with no problems. I ordered both ink toner and drum units. I have had problems in the past with my model laser printer accepting the less expensive brands but had no trouble with the units Inkjets.com sent me. Pricing was well below the name brand replacement cartridges.

This place is great. I order a 4 pack replacement for my DELL E525W printer. There was a small issue with the order (wrong item sent). Went on line and used their chat service. In 10 minutes my issue was resolved and replacement toner was sent. Installed the replacement toner and they work great! For the price and the excellet customer service you can't go wrong. I will be ordering again.

Not even going to lie. I purchased the ink for my printer because of how cheap it is compared to other places and later thought this might be sketchy after reading reviews on here. But they shipped and delivered this within two days! I replaced the ink printed the document and it worked perfectly. This is my personal experience. Not everyone's experience is the same but definitely give this company a chance.
