I only use Artisan sheets and love them. These are the best edible sheets on the market. Sam is terrific in customer service, they bend over backwards, even when I'm frantic.
Valerie
Love the icing sheets. Great quality, no cracking.

The chocolate transfer sheets & chocolate molds as well as the ink make shopping in one place such a convenience!

We replaced all our ink cartridges with your product...and then our printer stopped printing. Half a cartridge of each color later, we're starting to get back to where we were prior. Not sure if it's the ink or the printer (it's a misrable printer too), but certainly has been frustrating. 3 stars just because...well, it could be our epson too...

Hi Chazz, I'm sorry that your printer is not working. There are several different reasons and often your printer will show an error message that states the reason. If there is no error message and it is going through all the motions of printing but the problem is just that the prints are not coming out clearly or there is nothing showing up on the page, it most probably needs a deep cleaning. We call this a print quality issue. Edible ink clogs in the printheads more often than regular printer ink. We highly suggest frequently cleaning your printheads and removing your cartridges (and storing them in an airtight bag) when the printer is not in use on a regular basis. This will help prevent dried ink forming on your printheads. On Epson printers there is an internal cleaning program. You can locate it in the SET-UP screen, then go to MAINTENANCE, then HEAD CLEANING. After running the Head Cleaning cycle, you can do a NOZZLE CHECK which will tell you how clean your printheads are and then if they are not fully clean you can run the Head Cleaning cycle again. I'd be happy to speak with you over the phone to troubleshoot some more if you’d like. Please feel free to call me here at InkEdibles, the number is (855) 499-4658 and please ask for Maria. Thank you and GOOD LUCK with your printer. All the best, Maria

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing the printer but with the help of Patrick in customer service I'm so glad I did. This purchase was one of the best purchases for my business by far. I can't wait to purchase some of your other products.

I paid much more for ink to get it from Inkedibles because of a glowing review in a blog. It took a week to arrive. One of the cartridges couldn't be recognized by the printer so I couldn't print at all. I told customer service that I had a deadline in a week and I needed it replaced. They said it would come in a week. I'll probably miss my deadline. Although the other supplier had some terrible reviews, if I would have ordered multiple sets of cartridges for the same amount of $$ from them, I might have been printing yesterday. Also, the chat line didn't answer the questions I had 2 of the 3 times I chatted with them. I reworded it about 4 times with no luck. Then I just gave up. Also, the first couple of pages of wafer paper had indentions in them from the ink cartridges pressing against them-- not bad enough to return -- just annoying. I haven't tested the icing sheets yet. Update: I got the replacement cartridge within 2 days, so that was excellent! But the ink does seem to be leaking a bit. I get random black streaks and spots from a new printer.
