I had 2 separate custom cookie topper orders. For one 1 paid for priority shipping. For the second, a week later, I paid for Urgent shipping. Both should have arrived by Aug 28 based on the "shipping range" of estimated time. Given they were custom orders, I was told they would take an extra 1-3 days, and should have been here Sept 2. They arrived Sept 11. Zero accountability for the delay. Zero effort to make it right. Will not use again, I recommend finding a different company that will take accountability, not just your money.

I ordered custom cookie toppers for my grandson's first birthday party. When they arrived, they were very dark. I immediately emailed a picture of them. Robert in customer service was GREAT! He quickly had them reprinted and mailed to me in time for me to get them on the cookies for the party! I can't say enough of this Great Customer Service!

I ordered a custom edible image on July 9th and paid extra for priority shipping and did not receive it until July 20th - 2 days after the date I needed it. Company takes zero responsibility and told me it was delivered on time. Actually it wasn’t and thus I wasted $23. Will never use them again

Theo was absolutely amazing during our Inkedible printer training. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question thoroughly without ever making us feel rushed. His explanations were clear, easy to follow, and he made what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and enjoyable. What stood out most was his positive attitude and willingness to make sure we felt confident before moving on. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise made the training an excellent experience. We truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping us succeed. Thank you, Theo, for such outstanding support!!!!!!!!

I ordered in plenty of time, paid extra for shipping just in case, and still received my order 2 weeks after my event was already over. Giving 2 stars because the product did look nice, although I can't use it now. And the refund process was easy and timely. A friend of mine also received hers late, so.....

Terrible customer service, long response times. Do not order from this site if you need something important.

They started off strong then they totally crashed, burned and blew up--sent me wrong transfers where last letter was cut off-took no responsiblity for it -only recourse was sending me another set with SAME mistake--so now we're at 2 sets--said they were going to send 3rd set which never happened

I’ve used inkedibles for several of my custom cake orders. Their products are great quality.
