Hi Heather, I am very sorry about the misprinted 25% rather than the intended 20% discount on the promotion and also that the customer service representative did not offer you the additional 5% at the time you contacted us. This was our mistake and 5% is a big deal! I will contact you privately by email about this credit on a future order, but please know that we did not intentionally misprint this discount and would never knowingly mislead our customers. We always aim to provide accurate and updated information on our website and in our emails, but on the (hopefully rare) occasion that we do make an error, we apologize and will always want to work with you to resolve the issue. We only want our InkEdibles customers to have completely satisfied experiences with each order, even if it is only a $1.00 issue, we will not be happy if you are not happy. Dear Sue-Anne. WE SINCERELY VALUE YOU AS A LONGTIME CUSTOMER. I am sorry that we occasionally are out of stock of an item. I know how frustrating it can be to order something and then not have it available. This is not something we want our InkEdibles customers to experience. We do our best to always have your edible printing and chocolate molds and transfer supplies in stock. We will have more magnetic molds in stock by the end of next week. I hope that you will visit us again and I promise that we will do our best to get your items to you promptly.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your comments on our Artisan Frosting Sheets. I am sorry that they are too fragile for your needs. They are a bit smoother and of higher quality, but the Premium Sheets are also very nice, consistant and reliable. I am glad you found they work better for your needs. Thank you!
