Not thrilled. The color was poor. My white tones were blue. Shipping communication was poor. Informed if delivery which did not happen as stated, tracking number was wrong. After a couple attempts to resolve the issue the item arrived with not enough time to get it corrected.
Customer service representative apologized and trued to give an excuse for bad coloring but this did not help my dilemma.
I wish them well. I understand human error and business mishaps all too well.

Printer OK, Company lacks in customer service
I decided to give this company and the printer 3 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons...
I bought the top package for the Canon Pixma 8220. From the picture on the website, it showed two sets of ink cartridges, cleaning solution, and the printer.
The printer was delivered first and a second package came with my airbrush, cartridges, cleaning solution and some ink I had ordered for the airbrush.
I have never owned a printer with multiple ink cartridges. I also did not read the entire description fully and believed I was buying a package that had two sets of ink cartridges. The ink cartridges are individually wrapped in plastic, and all cartridges came in a larger bag. There was nothing separating the ink carts from the cleaning carts. I installed everything and tried to print. It wasn't printing in black so I contacted support. After a few emails back and forth, me running multiple cleaning cycles, at the direction of the tech, (this used a lot of ink), printing multiple images, the problem persists. The tech had me take pictures of the inside of the printer. It was then found that I had mixed up the ink carts with the cleaning carts. These cartridges are identical, save the clear liquid in the cleaning cartridges. Since I have never owned anything like this before, I didn't think anything of it. Maybe the clear just needed to be activated? I didn't know because everything came together without any clear distinction between the two.
The tech proceeded to tell me that they were "clearly marked". I explained that they were not. He proceeded to ask why I didn't realize some were clear and some were colored. I felt chastised and stupid. No offer for more ink, just wow, you have wasted your time, our time and your money chick. That's what it felt like.
So next, I fix the mix up. Run another cleaning cycle, and try to print. It appears to have fixed the problem, until have to print a label that is mostly black. The black part is printing green. I contact support again, and again, cleaning cycle, using more ink, printing on multiple sheets of icing paper, and still prints green.
At this point I am completely frustrated. Ink is over half gone, I have bought $50 worth of icing sheets on amazon, and have yet to use this thing in a way that makes my business more efficient saving me time and money. I express my frustrations with the customer service rep, and am reminded that I am the one that messed everything up to begin with my mixing the carts. I should have bought more ink ($75) for a set of ink, and I would have the problem of running out of ink. I am provided with a link to correct the printer driver ink distribution. This printer is supposed to work with Mac. I follow the link and try to adjust the color distribution, but my computer, my phone, nor my iPad allow this as an option. I called Cannon, and was helped by a very nice lady that did some research. All Apple removed that option from the Air print driver. This means that it is no longer possible for to adjust the color distribution. She suggested I call Apple.
I call Apple. This rep has never heard of such and remotely walks through what I am trying to do and determines that this is in fact a feature that was removed and there is no way to adjust he color distribution. I contact my rep with Inkedibles to let him know. A tech calls me that evening and we walk though everything to correct the issue. I am told, that if I need to adjust the color for this printer, I may need to buy a parallel, for my computer to do so... (these are over $100). I advise I will send the printer back before I do that. In the trouble shooting, the tech decides that it could the the icing sheet I am using. Since at this point, I will need to order more ink, he sends me 5 sheets of the premium icing sheets sold by this company. And problem is solved. It is now printing in black.
So in conclusion... this printer was not a bargain... I will have to buy their icing sheets to get the best print. The customer service is sub par at best. The last tech was very helpful and not condescending, and that is very much appreciated and the only reason this was 3 stars instead of one.
As for the airbrush... my goodness where have you been all my life! I LOVE it and would recommend that to anyone that considers it.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & bad customer Service
Your company was referred to me by a friend who has ordered from you for years. I want to buy an edible image printer and supplies to go with it. I went online to purchase the items and after signing up was ready to checkout I noticed that I was being charged 29.95 for shipping even though your website clearly states that there is free shipping on items over $100. There is nothing that states "some exclusions apply" or see below for exclusions etc... Your CSR offered to credit me the shipping cost after I argued with him for about 5 minutes stating that it was false advertisement but refused to let me use the 5%off coupon that I received for opening an account with you. Upon talking to your customer service manager Chris he stated that you couldn't apply 2 discounts at one time. Well as I explained to him, if you would not have falsely advertised free shipping on orders over $100 then I wouldn't have needed the shipping credit and I could have used the other discount code. So if your willing to lose a repeat customer over 5% discount then so be it. I will not recommend you to anyone else and I will also let my friend know that she needs to switch companies.
In response to your reply, you asked what more you could you CLEARLY state on your home page next to the “Free shipping on USA orders over $100” that there are exclusions to this offer. I had no idea that there was going to be a shipping charge until I got to the checkout process and saw it on my order total. How am I as a customer supposed to know OEM is unless you clearly state UPFRONT that it is an item that does not qualify for the free shipping. No matter what way you look at it you need to change your advertisement for the free shipping and state upfront that there exclusions to this offer. If that would have been there then I would have known and there wouldn’t have been any questions when it came time to checkout.
Update: I received a call from the customer service and they honored the code and the free shipping and said they were looking into updating their website wording so that customers know their exclusions to the free shipping offer upfront. The CSR that contacted me was very nice and helpful and even offered to send me a sample of some new icing sheets they have.

Not pleased this time
Hi! This time I am very upset because you delivered the sheets only in the plastic bags and not protected wit the cardboard envelope, you have to understand that I am in México, so the package goes twice by transportation, you should take care of us because I am a constant costumer

Customer Service Fail
Update! Immediately after posting a 1 star review, someone call me from customer service.
Within a week I received replacement sheets. I'm glad my issue was resolved, I just hate that it wasn't addressed until after I posted a negative review.
We received a product review request from Inkedibles 4 days before our package arrived. I responded with an email asking them if it could be tracked, and no one responded. We ordered our package on Dec. 28th and it arrived Jan 9th. When we opened It, multiple sheets were badly chipped. I called, no one answered, so I left a voicemail and sent an email with photos of the damaged product two days ago, and all I have received is a generic email response. Disappointed!

took long
My order was placed on backorder so it took much longer than it should. I can't always depend on quick service. Another time, the ink was spilled out into the zip lock bag. Thank goodness it did not get on the edible paper I had ordered. They had crammed the bag of ink in with the paper which was not the best thing to do.

I was surprised I bought a printer …
I was surprised I bought a printer system extra ink and paper as well as refillable ink in bottle . Then later I tried to order some refillable cartridges they tell me my printer cannot use them. So why would they sell me the bottles of ink. They need to send more information on the ink , and using the printer such as changing ink cleaning ect

Incorrect Product Description
Inkedibles.com advertises "polka dot" chocolate transfers that are not at all ROUND (which is the definition of a "polka dot")! Instead, I received a regular pattern of egg shapes and it is not very appealing at all. They issued me an RMA but expected me to pay the return shipping costs. I sent two email messages about the return shipping costs and both were ignored. To resolve this and move forward, I decided to just pay the return shipping fees. I will no longer do business with this company and cannot recommend them.
Update: I added two stars because (after my initial bad review and third email) they DID send me a return shipping label. I am glad that they have accepted responsibility for the error and appreciate their efforts.
