I ordered from here for the first time and am very pleased with my frosting sheets and wafer paper. It arrived quickly and in very good condition. I look forward to ordering again very soon.

I have been ordering from you for quite some time now and have been very pleased with your services. However, this time three of the colors were leaking -- Black, Black and cyan. I am waiting for the replacements. Thank you.

Some background: I have been doing edible ink prints for a few years, buying my supplies from the "other" edible company (lets call them K). I am usually a loyal customer but decided to try our Inkedibles as I had heard some good things about them and how their ink and paper is different to the norm thats out there. I'm always interested in improving, so thought it would be worth the risk to test a new supplier. I was pleasantly surprised. Their edible paper has such a smooth consistency to it, I had to enquire about their process. Apparently their regular line is machine pressed, but they have a newer line called Artisan which is hand spread. I will try the Artisan next, but am VERY happy with their regular line - smooth, whiter than "Ks", and hasn't cracked on me yet. Their ink is a little lighter than what I was used to, but with some helpful support I was shown how to change my printer settings to get darker prints, which is all worth it since their ink (according to them) has less clogging potential - but in my 2+ month now experience, I believe them!

I ordered with them for the first time. I ordered pack of frosting sheets and chocolate tranfer sheets. They are of fine quality and i will surely order with inkedibles again.

Their frosting sheets are smooth and don't crack at the edges like some other brands I've used before. Their edible ink is a good consistent quality, good colors and low clog. Their service is excellent if you're willing to wait a few hours for a response, although the last time I needed assistance they called me back with within a few minutes.

I purchased these and the colors are great. Unfortunately they package them in very hard bottles that make zero sense. They're sold with push down caps but you can't use them. You have to unscrew the top and pour the ink or use an eye dropper because the bottles are much too hard to squeeze at all. It's too bad. It's a good product but the packaging makes them a pain to work with. I won't buy them again and can not recommend them.

Hi KAS, Thank you for your kind words about our 17 Color AirColors™ AirBrush Ink Set. I am very sorry you are not happy with the bottles. The reason we use these hard bottles is to prevent overfilling and splashing. These are meant to be unscrewed and gently poured into the top reservoir of your airbrush gun or to be used with the included squeeze dropper. Squeezable bottles can sometimes release too much with just a small bit of pressure (which is why most food colorings and flavorings are often packaged in harder, pourable bottles rather than squeezable). The reason we also have the option of the flip disk cap is to have the ability to very slowly, drip by drip, dispense color for other creations. This ink is very intense in color and can also be used as tint or shade to mix with and color many other edible items, so a very little goes a very long way. We suggest using it, drip by drip, to mix into other food items or mix with our other AirColors™ to create new shades and tones. You can try mixing some of your favorite of these 17 colors into our White AirColor™ to create beautiful pastels (which will be available soon on InkEdibles.com) or into our Silver AirColor™ from our Dazzle collection to create fun sparkly colors that are perfect for the holiday season. I hope that this helps clear up a little of you frustration about why we use these bottles. I also hope that you will reconsider and possibly consider recommending these if the opportunity arises. Either way, we thank you for trying our AirColors™ and hope that we can provide you with more InkEdibles in the future. All the best, Maria
