One of the nicest sites I've stopped on for edible ink. They do a nice job adding new products and I enjoy dealing with them.

Printer takes for ever to recognize there is ink in the cartridge when i refill it. I try and try over and over again and lights keep blinking. I waster or paper and printer sheets when I refill the cartridges. By the time it recognizes the ink is full the rest are empty..UGH!!!!! frustrating!!!

Hi Angie, I am sorry to hear about your frustration with refilling the cartridges. The best time to refill cartridges is when there is about 25-30% ink left in the reservoir tank section of your cartridge. You can remove your cartridges and visually check this or use the ink level function in your printer. It is best to always remove your cartridges, seal them and clean the printhead when your edible ink printer is not in use on a daily basis. You can make a habit of visually checking the ink level of your cartridges when you do this maintenance. If the tank section is completely empty and there is only some ink left in the sponge section, it is more difficult for the printer to recognize that the cartridge is full. Our cartridges come with resettable chips. This is convenient because it is the chip that tells the printer how much usable ink is in available in the cartridge. To reset your chips, after you have filled your cartridges and reinserted them into the printer, press the “STOP” button on your printer for 5-7 seconds. This will allow the printer to reinitialize and reset the chips to register as full. I hope these tip are helpful to you the next time you refil your cartridges. Please feel free to contact us again at anytime. All the best, Maria

Purchased ink and one of the cart was leaking in package when received. they replaced it after 2 weeks and it was leaking in package also. put all but leaking one in printer and my printer would not recognize them. As stated on website i have the correct printer. Called and wanted refund and to send them back, they said no. They were going to send out all new ones to put in printer. that was over month ago and nothing. I ordered on July 12 and it is now Sept 23 and all ink is useless. No replacements and have been out over 70.00. Will never never order from them again.

This is the only place I order my food safe printer cartridges and I have always found Inkedibles to be reliable with quality products. Website easy to navigate as well! Would love to see these cartridges be more affordable but their prices are competitive with other sites. Will continue to use them!
