I purchased the 2-pack USB-C charging cables from INUI and after a few months I found the one cable to be ‘tearing’. I contacted the customer care given it was still under warranty. They were very responsive and helpful and replaced my cable for free. Other than this issue, their products work well as I also have a wireless charger and there have been no issues. They offer quality products for reasonable prices!

INUI offers a very large selection of power banks. I already have extensive experience with various power banks from well-known manufacturers such as ANKER. I have used four different sized INUI power banks: for my cell phone, laptop, mobile printer, headphones, and my smartwatch. They are a great and functional travel companion, especially on my business trips from Germany to Asia. INUI is consistently among the test winners and recommended by reputable online test portals. I like to take the smallest power bank for travel. I'm giving away seven mini power banks for Christmas. INUI is particularly distinguished by its wide variety of power banks (size, capacity, current/voltage values, with and without charging cable), as well as the digital display of the charging capacity, the excellent workmanship, the beautiful design, and the very good price/performance ratio. The service is also customer-friendly, good, and fast, and can be reached by phone and email. Once, a power bank (here in Hamburg, Germany) didn't arrive in the mail and got lost. I received a new power bank within a few days. INUI is also very interested in my opinion and offered to test the power banks in the future, which I will be happy to do.

The customer service was amazing and the warranty to replace a damaged cord was the simplest warranty I have ever had to do.

I've had a few other power banks and liked them well enough, but my iniu power bank is the best of the bunch. I have the 20000 mah one and it charges my phone many times before I have to recharge the bank. It also charges really fast for a powerbank of its size. I'm really impressed with it!

I have several of the Iniu products. My first was the INIU 100W Power Bank, Mini Size 25000mAh High Capacity Laptop Portable Charger - and I cannot recommend that one strongly enough as it is half the size and weight of my Anker 25000mAh and yes it does output close to 100W (I've metered it and used it to charge 100W devices like my DJI Drone Battery bank). Something to know about that device is it only charges itself at 60W, but for the smaller size, weight, and cost it is well worth it. After a pleasant experience with that purchase I leveraged the Iniu store for the E3 when they ran a sale, the store experience was smooth. I did have to use the Iniu tech support as well as the E3 even though it is capable of putting out 45W, is not capable of doing that at 20v and so would not charge my Legion Go S Steamdeck. However it still charges my iPhone and iPad very well. The tech support experience was smooth - and they offered me a refund, but my wife and I like the E3 so much we turned it down and kept our units (though I do hope in future models they will implement the PD 20v on their smaller batteries as it would be nice to be able to leverage them to top off my non-phone devices - even if they have to step down the amperage to make that happen).

I had an issue with the P73 power bank (USB lanyard was frayed) even though I only used it for one vacation and contacted customer service. I received a prompt response asking about the issue, which I provided images. They then sent a prepaid label to ship the defective unit and sent me a replacement. I was surprised by the speed of their response compared to other manufacturers I have tried to contact before for support. I am happy with their products, including cables, power banks and chargers and completely satisfied with their support.

One of them had a minor defect initially, but after some quick troubleshooting on my end and confirming the issue, their customer service team stepped in and resolved it seamlessly with excellent support.
