INIUReviews of iniushop.com

Karlin from the customer service team was helpful far beyond what one would expect. Won't be my last purchase from this company.

Purchased a twin pack 30W phone chargers that came with 2 USB C cables. Solid charger and the braided cables are strong and not easily damaged. Price was very reasonable compared to other brands.

I bought the BI-B62 model for my wife last year, and all I can say is that it works perfectly. This year, I bought the larger model, the BI-B63, for myself, and I'm more than satisfied. The devices work flawlessly, and I highly recommend them.

I've bought many battery packs over the years, but the ones from INIU has been the most reliable thus far! The products are compact, and very fast charging! I've bought one for each of my family members :)

Purchased a 2 pack of INIU's 30 watt chargers and cables, but one wouldn't charge at all. The other worked great from the start. I messaged INIU for support and they quickly sent out a replacement! Super easy experience, new one works great, but charge my phone perfectly!

I originally bought a power bank for bikepacking because it was compact and offered great value. I was so impressed that I decided to order a second one. Unfortunately, I accidentally chose the wrong model, but returning it was quick and hassle-free. On my second attempt, I picked up the right one — and it turned out to be even smaller than the first, which was a pleasant surprise.

I had always purchased power banks from a different company in the past, but I decided to give INIU a try this time, and I am so thankful that I did! The quality of the portable power bank that I bought is heads and shoulders above the other companies. It's also very small and portable, which is perfect for my work travel.
