I struggle with accountability with any type of exercise regime. I like the infinity hoop because its a workout I can do in my home, and its something my body can handle while also giving me a good sweat! The community support is also a big deal! They are all so encouraging and it helps connecting with people who are all over with their health journey. There is so much advise and support, it helps a lot for someone like me who needs more support.

As a beginner, the hoop community has been a great resource. There are people whom you can ask questions and they respond quickly. Tutorial videos and step by step instructions. It has made starting this journey very easy to understand.

I love my infinity hoop and the Skool community. The hoop makes it so easy to get in a 30 min workout while doing quizzing my daughter for a test or catching up on Netflix without feeling guilty!
