False information on the website. When I placed the order it showed 3-5 days delivery. When I called after 5 days, the supervisor said they didn't have that product available and we had to wait 12 days more. Because their shipment is coming after 8 days. They don't update their website with the correct details. The supervisor's attitude was "it is what it is" and didn't give a s**t about the order. They just want orders and are not concerned about the delivery or customer service.

Terrible. False adevrtising, short delivery, and expected me to send everything back when I asked for a partial refund - they 'game' the Paypal system in their favour so no buyer protection at all.

False advertising! They claim two day shipping on IN STOCK items, after ten days and two phone calls I am told that it is 2 day shipping after a 5-14 day processing time, and the item was coming from the warehouse which is not in stock. I repeatedly called for updates and never got much until I spoke to a supervisor again, and all she could say was that she would update me. Finally AFTER my OSHA inspection which I then failed waiting on my equipment, they notified me they should receive my item in another week. The management does not care. If they had the same product for 75% off I still would not buy from them. Horrible experience, I can’t say enough how extremely frustrating dealing with them was, and how much I caught them lying to cover up their misleading and false advertising.

I was really worried reading some of these reviews, but I ordered 96 logo-imprinted safety classes, and they came exactly as expected! Communication was consistent and the price was better than anywhere else I could find. Overall satisfied.

I recommend taking your business elsewhere. This company is only good at taking your money. You will save yourself a headache by giving them a hard pass. I received the wrong item and then was unable to resolve the issue over 6 or more emails and at least as many phone calls. Here's the best part, I sent them their product back and have a tracking number that verifies that it was delivered to them. Still no refund. Don't end up like me.

I placed an order for 3 safety vests and didn't get an update for over a month. I had to send an e-mail to cancel the order. I hope I get my money back!

I recently ordered 3M 8210 N95 masks from ISP and thought I was being charged the current market price. However, when I went to the Home Depot the next day, HD had the identical masks at 1/3 the cost of the ISP price. I called ISP to cancel my order and they told me because the order had been assigned a shipping number it could not be cancelled. I would expect that a large safety product retailer would not charge a 200% higher cost than what could be purchased locally. To me, that is price gouging.

My last 2 orders have been failures. 1) ISP shipped me an MSA item with less features than the one I ordered. No change on part numbers until I received the item. Bait and switch tactics and took over 3 months. That was a loss of $350.00. 2) Ordered an SRL that would not work with an older stand so I initiated a return. They did send me paper work that I filled out and returned but several months later now and I have not heard from them since. $1278.00. They don't answer their phones.
