When I was provided the tracking information, it said the item had been delivered to another state. I reached out to customer service. They informed me they were going to look into it, but provided no other explanation. There was some back and forth. But all of a sudden a few days later the package arrived.

I've bought these harnesses many times, and our employees are happy with them. However, it would be really helpful if your website suggested accessories to go with something you've put in your cart. For example, on this item, it would be helpful for the website to suggest lanyards and hooks to purchase with the harnesses. You would sell more!

ISP was very disappointing. I ordered critical safety products and was assured of free two-day shipping. After a week, and during my second follow up call, I was told the product was on back order! Apparently they have no process in place to let customers know about order updates! No apology, No attempt to save me as a customer- NEVER will order from them again!

Scam Company...don't believe their description on products... Stay away from this company their return policy is based on a we don't care attitude... Purchased a CO meter from them that they claim it will read down to 1ppm-500ppm. After the purchase it was already bumped down to 24ppm. We were told to purchase the cailabrater for almost 3 times the cost of the meter or send it to a certified dealer to allow it to be read down to that detection limit. We found a company out there and they told us that the lowest it could go was 15ppm. Talked to return department they will not take any returns and would need to send it to the manufacture for them to replace. I don't know what part he didn't understand but they no longer make a meter that does that.

Needed 25 guardrail bases. Chose the option of 24 pack (lower cost each) and then willing to pay higher cost for 1 more. They wouldn't do it. Said I had to buy another 24. They lost a sale of over $700 because they wouldn't sell 1 more. Ridiculous!!

Placed order after talking to a sales rep. who assured me that items are in stock, a week and a few phone calls later had to cancel the order because they have nothing in stock, everything ships from the manufacturer.

Pro tip: work with customer service first when doing custom orders online because you will need the customization package with the product. The end price still outweighs most, and production is crazy fast.

I deal with the Houston branch. I always call and talk to them, they tell you what is in stock and they give you options if the product you want is not available. They carry a lot of different safety brands.
