was not informed as to the length of time the order was going to take we missed our window because of this and I was still charged. So they got there money and we lost the job. great company I will make sure I post this all over the internet and tell everyone to stay clear of these crooks.

The site offered me a free logo on my hard hat. After the order, I was contacted by them and was informed that there was a minimum order of 20 items. There was no mention of this when I ordered. I feel deceived. This may seem like a minor oversite, but, I will look elsewhere for other options next time.

still have not received my order and havent gotten any more responsses back since the 13 th from support. Fedex tracking shows it enroute back

Placed order on August 3rd. Contacted support on the 12th to get update, was told item shipped on the 7th and was given a tracking number. That number said Label Created and never changed. Called support on the 19th to check again. Was told she would contact the manufacturer and call me right back. Never called back. Contacted support again on the 21st and was told the tracking number was created but the package never shipped. Said they would ship it that afternoon. I asked to cancel the order instead as it was no longer needed. He tried to say I asked it to be reshipped on my call on the 19th, which I didn't because I was never told it wasn't shipped. After 2 hours in this chat, he said he would request the cancelation. I requested an email confirmation that the cancelation was done and my refund would be sent. It's been 24 hours and I'm still waiting for that confirmation.

Everything was fine with the exception of missing assembly instructions; the head gear mounting system for my hard hat was slightly confusing. I damaged the product before finding out how to install it correctly (Reddit)
