Carpet and LVT installation
Jeane was very helpful with picking carpet and LVT flooring. We had multiple combinations laid out all over the showroom and then let me take samples home to see what really worked with my space. The installers were great and asked questions about how I would like difficult areas finished off.

The installers
The installers, father & two sons were EXCELLENT!!!! My floor looks beautiful. I love it I will recommend your company to all my friends. I only had 1 disappoint ment. They didn't leave any left over borards. In case in the future one needs to be replaced.

Joe, Thank you so much for letting us know that you "love" your new floor. So happy to hear that the installation team of Don Kaminski and his boys did a great job for you. I am sorry for the lack of material being left over. This is a new product and we weren't positive what we would be left with after cutting and waste factor. We never want to over sell a product either charging the customer more than what they need. But I am confident you will enjoy years of beauty and performance. Thank you again and we look forward to working with you in the future for all your flooring needs. Catherine Buchanan-Owner

Tamika was a wonderful sales person.
Tamika was a wonderful sales person, and did a great job of helping me choose my carpet. Then on the day that I was supposed to have my carpet installed, I had a family emergency, and forgot to cancel the installation. Carpet One was very understanding, and immediately rescheduled my installation. The carpet is beautiful, and the service was excellent.

This was our second Independent Carpet…
This was our second Independent Carpet One Westland installation. Our salesperson, Jeane Salter was excellent to work with, providing suggestions on coordinating wall paint to carpet color, It looks great! Jeane will definitely be our choice for our next carpet replacement. The installers, Joe and Sebastian were on-time, courteous and did a fabulous job in the installation. Independent Carpet One DESERVES the five stars - - - they EARN IT!!
