BE WARNED: The devices have an incredibly small window for returns (10 days). So if you plan to give them as gifts, don't do it. After buying two, one was faulty and one was not. I wrote to them and rather than be sympathetic that it was clearly not user error as I had another one to compare to, they just refused to acknowledge the quality issue of the product. It is a real hit or miss with these, which I wouldn't care if they were $10. But they are not.

I was SO EXCITED to get this wand. Absolute disappointment!! Takes forever to receive the item. It doesn’t come with any instructions at all, doesn’t “shoot” anything but smoke. I finally managed one “fireball”that went maybe an inch out of the wand. Doesn’t tell you how much paper to use nor how to properly load it. All around disappointment!!!

Absolute piece of cr*p. Don’t waste your money. Customer service are rude and not helpful. I’ve done everything they’ve told me to do, but apparently I’m still doing it wrong. It doesn’t throw the flame as far as the videos show, most of the time it doesn’t shoot anything at all. I’ve tried to get a refund but they’re refusing it saying I’m not using it properly, even after doing exactly everything they tell me to. I’ve been back and forth with them for over a week. They definitely need a 0 star on here because that’s exactly what they’d be getting.

The delivery took too long

Unfortunately, the packaging of the magic wand was damaged during delivery, and while it may not be your fault, I suggest that you work with your delivery service to prevent such incidents in the future

Absolutely terrible after-sales team. Not interested in helping to resolve faulty wands. Bought 2 wands for my partner and I. One of the wands literally stopped working from the second use. Because it was longer than 10 days after purchase (delivery alone took almost 2 weeks), incendio refused to provide a replacement citing i automatically accepted their return policy because it was longer than 10 days since purchase. Seriously annoyed and unhappy, especially since I was really looking forward to these wands. Believe the negative reviews.

I am extremely disappointed that my package was lost by customs, and as a result, I was unable to give my friend their birthday present.

Ordered may 28th supposedly premium expedited shipping didn’t get here till june 12th shipped from Hong Kong shipped in original box no packing material or cardboard box just a plastic bag so original box was broken by time reach Florida and internal diameter of wand is much smaller then their video so it does not shoot a fireball but just flares out of the tip. And when emailed about damages was told there was nothing they could do
