Ordered 2 TB external HD when ordering there is no mention of where the product comes from or delivery time frame. Price was reasonable. Product came from China and took 3 weeks for the product to be delivered. Did a follow up email. So, make your own judgement before ordering.

Crooks, they sign you up for an automated membership that you can't cancel. When you try to cancel the membership during the first month, "the [web]page does not exist." UPDATE: After a month, they decided to issue a refund. Not a good experience overall.

The website has a reviews feed front and center. Reading through a couple the fourth one down says, "got this for our game room. The coin operated function works great." For a laser pointer...

Ordered the "flame shooting" Harry Potter wand. Was supposed to arrive by December 28th when ordered on December 18th. Tracking rarely showed movement. Package didn't enter shipping system for 5 DAYS. Sat in customs in China for several days, then about a WEEK later it showed up in US Customs. Sat for a couple days there. Now it is FINALLY out for delivery today, January 7th!!!

Ordered a multipack of transformers and was supposed to come with eight figures they sent one paid over $100 for a single figure, contacted them about the tracking number they gave me but never worked as far as the link wasn’t valid tried calling but there is only a way to leave a message basically this is a Chinese company and the product is coming out of china so there will be a month of waiting for customs to clear the product and the shipping information will be bogus Waited almost a month for the shipping and when the package came it wasn’t even what I ordered and no way to send it back or no one to call so you will definitely have to dispute the transaction through your bank as there is no one at this company to talk to. Beware it’s a scam.

Paid for the wand with extra paper arrived in allotted time upon opening the package everything was great Unfortunately that's where it stopped being great. The wand doesn't produce a magic fire ball, just a bit of smoke then paper burns inside the wand, upon a closer looks it looks as if part of the projectile device is bent. The charging point is fault put it on a full charge only to try it once use then it needed charging again now it wont even charge or switch on. For the price, not good enough, as a Christmas present to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Contacted their customer services twice already providing my order number, no reply as of yet. Will update this review depending ion outcome.

I ordered the wand with the additional flash paper. The wand arrived, however they did NOT send the additional flash paper… when I sent them an email, they basically said tough luck. If you need the wand, order the wand - it works. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. They will not issue a refund or send the items that did not arrive. (I also had the delivery insurance they tack on at checkout, and still nothing). Don’t waste your money on any other item. Get flash paper elsewhere if you get the wand. EDIT: I have reached out to them and talked to them. They still refuse to either issue a refund or send new flash paper.

Turned up okay and magic paper works despite bein well overpriced, but the box lining and the wand are poor quality, the battery only lasted a few shots, and now it's stopped working entirely. The glow plug is easily damaged and will only have a short lifespan, DC charger, which is a bit archaic like the glow plug. I spent a few hours and built a better looking, more reliable and future-proofed version with USB-C charging that I ended up giving as a gift instead of this thing, which is now sitting on the side, not working. I gave it a 2-star as the idea was nice, it turned up from China when it said it would and the flash paper actually works and is of okay quality (despite not having any safety instructions at all).
