Would not a rate it a 1/2 star if it was an option. First off. Took close to a month for delivery. Cheap piece of a plastic. Doesn’t perform anything like advertised. Please save yourself a headache. Don’t buy this worthless Chinese debris. Company should be put in prison.

If I could have taken away stars, I sure would have. I was looking and found this stores website. I was looking for mini cameras+wifi+don't require any kind of subscription. Here are just what I was looking for or so I thought. Either way, they would not connect to my wifi even on the 2.4hrz setting. I requested a refund so I needed a QR code. Nope, instead I got an email asking me for photos, and video of the problem. I explained everything that I searched for and I did include photos of my phone's screen clearly stating that the connection failed. I was replied, we need video. There is no video of me 'TRYING' to connect to the wifi? Or of me cursing about it. I was under the impression that "Brian" was a human being. Now that I looked under the correct "store" I find that It indeed is not a store, it was AI. I have been under a lot of stress, but dealing with this Brian after about 5 emails, I was in a whole other category of stressed out. It's $57 for three cameras. They weren't as mini as I would have preferred, They do require a subscription. So everything I was not looking for. I finally gave up, but they deserve to have someone look into their business. This just IS NOT right.
