I purchased a wand only to be let down by the quality. It's a cheap £5.99 piece of plastic with a small element inside. Do Not Trust this company. I am furious as I have just been ripped off

Absolute scam ! I bought this for my son for Christmas. It cost £60 and took weeks to arrive. It wasn’t opened until Christmas and the button was loose making the wand unusable. I emailed them only to be told as others have said that it had to be reported within 10 days. They are now ignoring emails. It’s disgusting. I luckily paid by PayPal and am hoping that they can sort. How this company can continue trading is crazy. I would definitely avoid buying from this website.

Wand does not work properly, does not fire paper out from wand. Paper burns in the wand, quickly filling the wand with gunk and stopping it from working after around the second attempt. They have a ten day from delivery return policy so have paid £60 for a faulty wand that doesn't work. They will not allow me to return it as we waited until Christmas to open it. Avoid buying as this is overpriced and does not work as advertised.

They do not allow negative posts on their website. Purchased wand in November as a Christmas gift. Receiver opened a non working wand on Christmas. I emailed customer service the same day. Received a copy and paste response "We are sorry to hear this happened. However, please note that if you contact us after 10 days from the delivery date, we will not be able to issue you a refund or replacement" So it is expected that a purchaser open and use the wand. Then repackage and gift it used to the intended recipient. I'm left speechless. This is unacceptable. No response from further contact attempts trying to clarify the situation. I'm certain I'm not the only one struggling with this issue. The reviews on the website are misleading. Only positive reviews are "verified purchases" the most recent reviews are not afforded a verified stamp and disappear quickly. My review with the order number and a video was not posted.

Arrived broken, looks very very poor quality

DO NOT BUY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. This company is a scam. They sent an un-addressed package (confirmed to me by my postal service) which was immediately returned to them. They refuse to re-send or refund my purchase which was over $100. The "customer service" is useless, slow to reply and incredibly rude. They are downright mean and seem to enjoy the fact they've cheated you out of your money.

False advertisement!! The real wand works nothing like they advertise. There is only a fire at the tip of the wand, no fireball shoots out of it. Terrible product they stopped replying after sometime. It took about a month to get the product, and I can’t believe I wasted 70 dollars on this!!

Do not use Incendio. I purchased a wand and it arrived damaged. The wand is faulty. I have sent over photos and videos 3 weeks ago and still have not been offered a replacement or refund. When I chase an update, the team send me tracking information saying the wand has been delivered but ignore any part to do with the fault. Total scam. I now have had to go through my bank to claim under CPA.
