Bought as a gift. Wand stopped working within 11 days of first use (not even using it everday). Customer service refuse to do anything about it, no offer of return.

I just received mine today, experimented with the thing, looks like you'd have to pack the tip to the brim with the paper and press it all the way down to the bottom of the hole, but from my few attempts, looks like the flame travel good like "advertised", its not like a little puff of flame. Wand design is not to shabby tho!

My experience with incendiomagicwand was unfortunately very disappointing. The customer support was unfriendly and disrespectful. I was not treated well and felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Moreover, the company was not willing to accept my return of an unopened package, which I found to be ridiculous. It is disappointing when companies are not willing to accommodate customers in such situations. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at incendiomagicwand and would advise others to avoid this company. My experience was negative and I do not believe it is worth the potential risk of having a similar experience.
