Item was extremely overpriced for the quality and size. Should sell for no more than 25.00 not nearly 50.00. Then the ridiculous emails start, with click bait labels like”we are suing you” “your order has been flagged” when there is no active order. Definitely not quality or worth the nonstop spam messages.

I need to get an extra charger. My dog ate the end off mine.

I got this for a gift during black Friday of 2024, I had to contact customer service because I had deleted my tracking. They were vary helpful and the order came a week later then expected which was fine. Everything was great and the person was vary happy

We like the wand a lot but we didn’t get the extra paper with the order. Can you check and see why we didn’t receive?

I placed my order on a Friday 7 March and had a change of heart overnight and cancelled the order first thing Saturday 8 March before dispatch. No reply to my email. I sent another email on 10 March- no reply. The parcel arrived today with no return address. The parcel remains unopened so I cannot speak to the quality of the product only the service that accompanied it. I have now sent several emails to customer support with no replies. I suggest future customers approach any future orders with caution. I note the reply below. The question remains -what are you prepared to do about my issue? I still wish to return the items for a full refund. I now have 3 parcels that remain unopened.
