Incendio Magic Wand (incendiomagicwand.com)Reviews of incendiomagicwand.com

I love fire!

My son is thrilled :)

Placed an order on May 12th and it is now June 2nd and still haven't received my order. Emailed 4 times. Called the number that's listed on their website and says disconnected. I finally got a response a week later saying my order is in customs???? Why on earth is it going through customs if coming from Delaware as listed on their website. Never would recommend ordering, I thought I was scammed until I finally received a response.

Spedizione un po lenta ma prodotto bello e con un packaging fantastico

The button to ignite wand is too delicate. Instead of having the button, sit inside of the wand. You guys could make it more sturdy and sit more on the exterior like with rubber covering some sort of spring circuit. Also, I found that cleaning soot out of the wand can be quite the hassle. Especially for people who have never you used your product before and don't know the quite yet know the appropriate amount to place in. (Guilty :) ) Maybe create a cleaning utensil to help get the soot out of the want. Maybe you guys could even change the color of the flame that shoots out of the wand by adding different elements into the flash paper. I really love your product and can't wait to see how you make it even better.

Couldn’t be happier it’s such an awesome wand

There is no trace of my parcel. It had now been more than a month. No contact from the company. No response to dozen emails. Thieves. Shop elsewhere!

Good quality material and well packaged. Arrived on time
