The Incendio Fire Magic Wand is a complete piece of junk. I read and followed instructions and the wand doesn't operate as described. It only smokes. The company refuses to exchange the product after 10 days, which clearly indicates how long they think it will last. Don't waste your money - it will just disappoint.

Terrible product and worse professionalism. The Product sizing is completely wrong and is of Terrible quality material, plus the Item Turned up with mark to it. The Company has ignored 2x emails asking for return reference as per their t&c’s. It was an expensive item for what it was, so it’s sad when this happens. Please don’t use this company and get scammed.

These wands are... MAGICAL! They really are fun to play with, unlike wands which are merely sticks, the fire blasting makes it feel truly realistic. I also like that it's not a thick bulky wand but is similar to the size used on film. They have a nice sold weight. I only had a minor issue with the provided flash paper, if melted in the plastic?!?
