Incendio Magic Wand (incendiomagicwand.com)Reviews of incendiomagicwand.com

The product itself was great but it was a present and did not come in the box/packaging so looked like it was secondhand/already opened. The description did not say anything about it not being boxed.

Everything was in order and works great

The item can be a bit finicky but I feel it takes practice to learn how much is enough love when it fires properly. Slowly getting the hang of it. my family enjoys it as well

Love this stuff.

Great product! Fast ship, easy transaction.

Claw Machine was as expected. Packed well and easy to put together

Like many others, I fell for the video ads. I received two wands, one of which worked 3 or 4 times; the other never worked right out of the box. My kids were so disappointed. I reached out to the company and was denied a replacement. I subsequently wrote a negative review to warn others. Today I received an email threatening a lawsuit! A quality product will have more than a 10 day return policy… avoid ordering from this company if you don’t want to be disappointed.

The floating candles are amazing! I bought them for my harry potter loving husband and set them up christmas eve after he went to bed and he loved waking up to them set up! 😍
