Incendio Magic Wand (incendiomagicwand.com)Reviews of incendiomagicwand.com

Paid for the wand with extra paper arrived in allotted time upon opening the package everything was great Unfortunately that's where it stopped being great. The wand doesn't produce a magic fire ball, just a bit of smoke then paper burns inside the wand, upon a closer looks it looks as if part of the projectile device is bent. The charging point is fault put it on a full charge only to try it once use then it needed charging again now it wont even charge or switch on. For the price, not good enough, as a Christmas present to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Contacted their customer services twice already providing my order number, no reply as of yet. Will update this review depending ion outcome.

Was automatically signed up for a "club" membership at $30/month without my knowledge. Attempting to get a refund and cancellation. Buyer beware. I would not buy anything from this site.

First let me say that as an import company you MUST take ownership of the product when it hits US soil. DON’t make the customer, who bought the item in good faith, responsible for returning the item to the manufacturer who is offshore. That should be the import company’s responsibility if required. The item (that was defective from the manufacturer) has already been discarded and as far as I’m concerned this issue is closed.

After about 6 shots, the heating filament went out. It is completely charged, but will not heat up at all.

Sigo probando el producto, pero alguna vez no enciende con la potencia que encendía en el principio. Solo me dispara una o dos veces y tengo que cargar la batería. Pero en general está bien el producto. Estoy contento. Gracias

Wand doesn’t hold a charge. Shoots once or twice (barely) and then dies. Regretful I bought it.

I'm Only writing this to advise everyone not to purchase this item for children! I was loading the Wand with the paper, and it exploded! The tip of my index finger and fingernail is gone! I spent the next several hours at our local Hospital, then was sent onto UK in Lexington for a Hand Specialist. I Really wish I was able to download the picture of my hand. I purchased this item for my Grandchildren; I am so Thankful it did not happen to them! Please again, Do Not Buy this for Children!
