I have two problems: 1. I paid $92.42 for a Dumbledore wand and paper refills on 22 October. As of today (11 December) I have not received it. 2. I was fraudulently charged $29.99 and I kept reaching out to ask what the charge was for. I never got a response and reported it as fraud. Only after doing that, I got an email saying I was refunded $29.99 against my original order which is inaccurate. This purchase feels like a scam.

Their product videos are deceiving. My screen magnifyers are cheap plastic, flimsy materials, and the magnifyers are very poor quality. They are going to the trash since this company refuses to refund dissatisfied customers. I will never use them again.

Stay away from this sight ....!!!!!!I didnt order anything, but some how got my card number .they started charging a $29.99 monthly membership on something that dont existed. Can't get ahold of them to stop it . I had to cut off my debit card and get hole new one .

Company adds on a customer service to your cart. You then find out its a subscription for 29.99 a month that you can't get canceled. Contact nu.ver doesn't work and good luck sending a email.

Terrible quality product. Literally not worth the amount of money I paid for it. And can be purchased way cheaper at different online stores. I still keep getting charges of $29.99 from them for no reason and there’s not even a subscription or new purchases. I want my $29.99 back. I will have to report this with the bank, because this is the 2nd time it happens. They will steal your money and sell you a poor quality product. I wish I could give less than one star!!
