Item never arrived
Item never arrived. Initially advised it was my responsibility to contact the shipper. I did. The item had already been returned to the sender. Postal clerk said something about possible insufficient postage (my address provided to merchant was confirmed to be correct. Merchant’s reply was that they don’t reship or refund.

Do not order any additional items from them except the wand
I ordered the wand with the additional flash paper. The wand arrived, however they did NOT send the additional flash paper… when I sent them an email, they basically said tough luck. If you need the wand, order the wand - it works. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. They will not issue a refund or send the items that did not arrive. (I also had the delivery insurance they tack on at checkout, and still nothing). Don’t waste your money on any other item. Get flash paper elsewhere if you get the wand. EDIT: I have reached out to them and talked to them. They still refuse to either issue a refund or send new flash paper.

Garbage Garbage Garbage!!
Not only did "priority mail" take 15 days to get here after Halloween, but it looks nothing like the Halloween 2 mask, I have the pictures and let me tell you. These scam artists bought this from ebay and then flipped the profit. I also have the emails telling them if they didn't show it was in route I was going to demand a refund and what do ya know? Magic at my doorstep. Avoid

I never received my parcel of the 5…
I never received my parcel of the 5 wands that I paid £200 for and now you’re company are telling me I can’t have a refund!! I ordered these on the 15th of October!! And now today you have tried to Take out another £22.99 for what reason I don’t know!! Rip of company stay clear

This company charges you a subscription fee of 30$. They disguise this charge at check out as customer service fee for free. I will be disputing this charge. F-ing thieves.
