Incendio Magic Wand (incendiomagicwand.com)Reviews of incendiomagicwand.com

Ordered a multipack of transformers and was supposed to come with eight figures they sent one paid over $100 for a single figure, contacted them about the tracking number they gave me but never worked as far as the link wasn’t valid tried calling but there is only a way to leave a message basically this is a Chinese company and the product is coming out of china so there will be a month of waiting for customs to clear the product and the shipping information will be bogus Waited almost a month for the shipping and when the package came it wasn’t even what I ordered and no way to send it back or no one to call so you will definitely have to dispute the transaction through your bank as there is no one at this company to talk to. Beware it’s a scam.

If I could I would give minus 10 . What a joke and scam. I received the XL airplane toy I purchased for my son for Christmas which costed over $100. It’s small cheap made joke. Looks nothing like advertised and I could probably get similar item for less than $15. I submitted the return request that you can do only within the 10 days of delivery. It’s clear to me that I will never hear from them. Stay away.

This place is a complete scam. They sent something that looks nothing like the photo they make you think your buying and then they have no working contact info. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SLIME BAGS

Great experience buying this for a Christmas present. Ordering was easy and it was delivered much quicker than stated. Well packaged. Thanks

took longer than expected to arrive! It's a Christmas gift but I opened it and it seems to be good quality. Have not tied using it yet!

E fantastica

The lamp was the real gem in this order. Small but gives a warm glow that makes the whole room feel calmer. The pet glove looked exactly like the pictures, and a faint storage smell disappeared quickly.
