If a negative 5 was available, that would be my choice. I have Shell and Brooks Brothers cards that have transitioned to Imprint. The Shell card delivery has been delayed with only an email containing a vague reason for the delay. The Brooks Brothers card has had questionable late fees on a few occasions. Calling customer service is extremely frustrating and usually ends without satisfaction, or call back that can take an indeterminate amount of time. It baffles me as to how a company like Imprint can exist. I became suspect of Imprint when I noticed their logo on the statement was larger than Brooks Brothers and Shell.

I have been a shell gas card user for 38 years with no problems. Since the transition I am still waiting for all my cards. It’s been three months. I have four cards on file. I am the account holder and I have three authorized users. Two authorized user cards came in after a month. Another card came after two months and we are still waiting for the fourth and final card. Three months now. I’ve called customer service several times and each time they tell me that the cards have been shipped. It’s always a different date. Also, one of the cards that came earlier was deactivated and they sent another card which took several weeks. I do t know how that happened. I did not deactivate it! This is extremely annoying and very disappointing.

Horrible service as Shell’s new card processor. Imprint has no online bill pay relationship with Bank of American and Imprint can’t post the manual check payments on time. My BoA rep advised me Imprint had repeated and consistent issues. Had to spend hours on phone to get fees reversed with a call center using English as 15th language. Tried to complain directly to Shell and all avenues (app, website form, chat, phone lines) all just point back to Imprint. Shell is losing me as a 20+ year customer to Chevron.

Both of my cards were deactivated for “suspicious” activity after I attempted to rent a vehicle. There was no chance to confirm my identity through a simple YES or NO verification. Instead, I was required to submit sensitive documents to regain access to my cards, but no resolution has been made. Additionally, I haven’t received my physical cards, despite inquiring about them, and no resolution has been provided.

what idiot gave 5 star review? I will not use Shell again after 40 plus years because of Imprint

Wish I could leave a 0 star. Wonder who at Shell thought of changing to a CC provider with a C rating on BBB? Payments will not post Customer service will hang up on you Request for supervisor will not get done Wait on hold for 2 25 minute sessions only to be told they can’t access information FTC needs to shut them down

The transfer of payments from Citibank to Imprint and the resulting lack of communication is completely unacceptable and Shell Oil should be ashamed of itself treating its long term customers in such a shoddy fashion. i have been a Shell credit card holder since 1965 some 61 years. After several attempts at imprint to receive a card which i was told weeks ago was on its way i still don't have a replacement card. In addition my call to Imprint located in a third world country was unbelievable amateur stuff. The person on the other end of the line was unable to find my account event though i have an account number from Imprint on their stationary. They kept asking for more personal infomation. i eventually after 40 minutes hung up as it no longer made any sense and the background noise sounded like a home environment not an office. At this point unless i hear from Shell directly i am going to stop doing business with Shell.

I just found out today that Citibank is affiliated with Imprint. This means that Citibank threw it's customers under the bus...on purpose. I tried to transfer my Imprint balance to a Citibank card and they wouldn't do it because they are the SAME company.
