Slow payment process they receive payment take money from account and 3 days later still have not updated account. Customer service is a joke constantly telling me after 3 days of complaining there is nothing they can do that I need to wait. Imprint should not be allowed to Do credit cards and should go out of business. What a joke.

THIS CARD IS THE WORSE. INTEREST RATE EXTREEMLY HIGH. CARGE YOU A HUGE LATE FEW AFTER IT WAS PAID OFF AND THEY SLIP IN A INTERST FEE AFTER. USER BEWARE. WESTGATE WORLD WIDE IS THE SAME YOU CAN'T GET OUT OFF THEIR TIMESHARES AND THE FEES KEEP GOING UP.

Imprint - a third rate scam credit card. They allowed a fraudulent card to be opened in my name despite my credit file being frozen at three credit bureaus for a solid two months beforehand. I immediately reported the fraudulent account. I CONTACTED IMPRINT WITHIN DAYS OF LEARNING OF THIS ACCOUNT. I obtained rep names, ticket numbers and promised action. Imprint has done NO INVESTIGATION. over the course of three months I followed up repeatedly only to be told, they do not believe me. I filed a police report, sent a chronology with all pertinent FACTS to IMPRINT'd bill pay office, I also sent all documentation of FACTS to the CEO Daragh Murphy. All documentation was sent certified mail, return receipt requested. I have proof my complaint was received. Despite all of this, IMPRINT has continued to bill me. I have not paid a penny -nor do I intend to. Imprint is barely surviving off FRAUDULENT accounts.

Absolutely terrible company. Had the Rakuten AMEX issued by Imprint. They reported an incorrect balance to the credit reporting agencies for five months. Customer service was worthless and their online account management was very lackluster. I would not recommend any card issued by Imprint. Avoid at all costs

Worst company ever. BIGEST MISTAKE WAS WHEN KROGER (FRY'S) ENLISTED THEM TO PROVIDE THE NEW FRY'S CARD. KROGER NEEDS TO DITCH THIS CO. AND LOOK ELSWERE. IT'S BEEN THREE WEEKS NOW SINCE I APPLIED FOR THE CARD AND WHEN LOGGING IN, I GET"APPLICATION UNDER REVIEW, WILL LET YOU KNOW IN 3 DAYS VIA EMAIL OR BY TEXT.

This is an absolute train wreck. The App/website design is horrible looks like some middle school project. The customer support is AI and not good AI, so essentially worthless. They messed my bill up the first month they took over from Citi (who by the way was excellent) and tried to blame that on me. My Norton flags the site as a security risk. Just avoid them and their products at all costs. Janky.

Tried 4 times over 5 months to obtain a Shell credit card. In all cases they claimed to have sent one. In all cases no card arrived…ever. Stunningly incompetent bank. Shocking that Shell continues to do business with them. I have a Chevron card with no problems. I guess that’ll have to do…I cancelled the Imprint account.

I am NEW to this IMPRINT & XXXXXX card...... yes it is a rude awakening when you realize XXXXX is using this card to awaken their customer's to the fact XXXXX doesn't care who does the support... because there isn't any anyways.
