Stay Away from this Company and Bank! They treat you like dirt and steal your personal information. I am a consumer with 850 Credit Score and I have all of thr worlds best bank cards. They send you promos and offers and you decide to give them a try, I applied and they collected all my personal information and ding my credit with several inquiries and in the end they deny you for no reason! These people are shady and Data and Personal information collectors.

I have no idea what Shell was thinking when the switched from Citi to this imprint, customer service is nonexistent and had to close my Shell C.C. that I had for over 25 years.

They increased my limit even though they are incapable of actually sending me a card. Seems like only clowns "work" for this company. Because of this I have decided not to use Shell ever again. Plenty of fuel suppliers out there

Shell Mastercard was bought by Imprint Payments. Since I was not notified of the purchase, I made payment to Shell. I was never issued new cards from Imprint Payments. Shell Mastercard should have transferred payment to Imprint Payments however it did not occur timely. I'm now responsible for a late fee. Out of frustration I wanted to cancel the cards. However, a security code went to a landline and a cable company address (optimum) which I no longer have because I switched to Fios cable company. I was told that I'm unable to cancel the Imprint Payment card because security verification could not be validated. So now I owe late fee, do not have the imprint card and unable to cancel this credit card account.

Shell really screwed this one up by partnering with Imprint. We have had nothing but problems from the beginning. Cards were not sent, customer service was difficult to work with. And now trying to make an online payment is impossible without agreeing to sign up for autopay or turning over bank routing and account number information. It's 2026, debit and credit cards are the method of choice. Easy and friendly for the consumer, payment to the provider. Mission accomplished for both. We had to send a check this time which was not posted by the due date. The bext day received a message that a $10 late fee will be assessed. What a greedy, sleazy outfit. We will not be using this card and not Shell. This type of management cannot become the norm. The CEO is probably sitting high thinking these tactics are the way of the future and ensures the success of Imprint with this innovative venture. The executives at Shell who approved this partnership with Imprint as well as CEO of Imprint Daragh Murphy should be fired immediately. Their appointing officials need to take action.

Imprint is a rip off! They out to get you and add charges to your account! Only had charges 3 months and they keep sending me overdue and I have proof of making payments! You can’t understand their customer service. I cut my card up! Good luck you assholes!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! UNFORTUNATELY Shell choose this HORRIBLE company to take over their credit card business. It has been 3 months of BS with trying to get the new cards that should have automatically sent. I would not even want their name on a children’s play credit card. I don’t see how Shell even chose them. Someone must have gotten a hell of a kickback for choosing them. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

Obviously contacting and calling shell representatives does no good. We paid in full all charges with a paper check since Imprint would accept no other means of payment. We were advised by a representative from imprint that the card was cancelled and that was the final payment and we could ignore all future charges. Yet, CHARGES ACCRUE. All benefit from the credit card have been wiped out by fees and late charges. Writing Shell is of no benefit either. Our credit rating is important to us and is in danger now. Thanks to SHELL! Obviously, you create turmoil and you should leave the s off of your name because that is what dealing with you is like. We did nothing wrong and since Imprint took over Shell does nothing right. Shame on you. This has become a scam! since Imprint took over.
