Worst credit card experience I have ever had. Shell will soon lose me as a customer. I’d rather use a chevron 5 miles away not to have to deal with imprint. They botched the handover. Can’t get the cards out in a timely manner. ZERO customer service and AI chat bots are your only recourse. I wish I could give minus 1 stars!!!!

My experience with IMPRINT has been a Major Disaster! I received a Master Card (I did NOT want) then got a Billing Statement for a Card (I dont use)! Any attempt to Cancel the account was a MINE FIELD of delays and forwarding links that ultimately crashed. This is a TERRIBLE Company!

So I had a shell credit card when it was with Citibank, now they have moved to Imprint. I have requested a new card 3 times and still don't have it. It seems it will only work if you want a virtual card. When I contact them they ask me for the last 4 digits of my card number. What the heck if I don't have the card then I sure as heck don't have it. They changed the account number when it moved to Imprint. I am very disappointed as I had my Shell card used it many times and paid it off and got the discounts. This new system sucks and I told them to forget it I would get a card with a different gas company. Very unhappy consumer.

These people aren't ready for prime time. They are clueless. I'd say they need to get their act together but it appears the never even had a script! My cards were a month overdue. When I got them and went to activate them Imprint had canceled them and reissued new ones without telling me. The virtual card stopped working and they denied there was a problem.

My Shell account was moved to Imprint. I should have received my new credit card on May 4th; today is June 27th, and I finally received my card. I have called so many times, only to wait on hold for over 30 minutes and have the call hang up. I don't know why Shell moved to this company; at least with Citibank, I would call and usually get someone on the line promptly. What a horrible experience this has been. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get a credit card with them.

Just cancelled my Shell Imprint card. Since May 18, 2026 I have requested an additional card for my wife four times. None of the cards have arrived. Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone

I have had shell card for over 23 years. Got this new imprint card and it was the most horrific, time-consuming experience in transitioning to another account. I really didn't need the the card but my husband loves Shell so I tried. Today I called and close the account. After trying again to access the account online I give up. I tried seven times. I called five times. But I finally got in touch with someone to close the account. My advice would be to stay away from any credit card that is issued by imprint. If in the future any of my credit cards transition to imprint I would have to close the account.

I have been a Shell Card Holder for many years and never had a problem. I followed all the instructions Shell sent to make the change over to Imprint smooth. Today is June 25th 2026 and still no cards. When you call the virtual assistant will not connect you to a live person. This is the worst company to deal with. If you are able to get a live person they tell most anything. I was told I would have my cards June 17th nope then it was June24th nope then they said the carrier is the hold up. I never want to deal with is company and they have given Shell a bad name.
