BUYER BEWARE I order 2 items and reached out to them to cancel 1 item on order and exchange for different size 1 day after order. They contacted me 2 days later and said it already shipped and that I would need to wait and return it for exchange after receiving item. I said ok, please send me return label, and no reponse. The day I received it, I asked for return label and the 2nd item came in smaller than other bracelets. I think because the clasp is different. So I asked for exchange for next size up. 2 days later, said I was past the exchange date and sent me copy of their policy. Their policy is 15 days from order date, which means they can delay shipment and put it past their own date. But I requested return label on first item 1 day after shipment and sent for return label 2nd label for exchange on day 13, they waited to respond until after 15 days. I sent screen shots and they would only exchange one and would not let me exchange both. I lost $150 on item that will not fit and I did everything correctly. Very poor customer service and company.
