Imperium JewelryReviews of imperiumjewelry.com

Originally ordered a 10mm Cuban. After purchase was completed a pop up screen from them appeared. Trying to close the window I accidentally added a 12mm Cuban to my order. Then they said it would be $12 and some change restocking fee. Chains arrived and after inspection the quality is terrible. Links are open, and the PVD coating does not cover every link entirely. I will try other PVD coating companies using reviews from Trustpilot. If there was a way to include pictures of said defects I would.

Shady, anti consumer business. I ordered the 3 for $99 deal. A few hours after purchase I realized I wanted to spend my money on real jewelry. Silver, not steel. I sent an email to cancel the order. Ordered on a Friday, attempt to cancel later that day. I was encouraged by the hassle free returns. Sunday evening, 5PM MST rolls around and I get an email that the label has been created. I get an email an hour or so after that stating it's too late to cancel and I could return it. The label "being created" doesn't mean it's been packed and already shipped. I should know, I work in a warehouse. I return it, it will take 2+ weeks to get a refund processed, on top of a $13 restocking fee. For items I never even opened. Customer service sucks too.

I originally wrote that I hadn't been reimbursed for my purchase but eventually I did receive my money. The process did take a while but it eventually happened. I was extremely unhappy with the product though!

I ordered 4 pieces of jewelry for my wedding. My order date was 12/28. Their website boast fast shipping 2-3 days. My delivery date has changed twice and I won’t receive anything until the 1/12. Won’t be here in time for my wedding. Pretty disappointing.

Most of y'all on here giving low reviews, crying bout exchanges but the reviews need to be about the QUALITY of the jewelry.Thats what everybody coming to this site are looking for! Somebody REAL please post about the QUALITY of the jewelry PLEASE. But I am taking a star away because they're not accredited with the BBB. So still y'all's fault if y'all don't check.

I purchased several items, necklaces, pendants, and a bracelet. The bracelet fell apart after wearing it twice. I reached out to Imperium on their website and also to one of their managers regarding a return and replacement. None were answered and no response was ever given. Buyer beware this company likes to sell and will spam you daily to buy buy buy but BEWARE if you have a problem with a purchase they will Ignore, Ignore, Ignore.

I placed my order on December 18th I paid for extra shipping that said it was gonna be here and wanted to two days and it’s the day after Christmas and I have yet to receive it. It says it’s in Miami still but I only three hours from Miami so I thought it was going to be here before Christmas for my boyfriend. I’m really disappointed that it hasn’t come yet. What’s the point of advertising that is going to ship in one to two days and it doesn’t. I’m hoping when I get my order, the quality is top-notch so I can possibly give them another chance.

Definitely upset for my first time using this company. I ordered a chain and bracelet for my man birthday in wednesday and paid for 1-2 day shipping and its Monday. Really was looking to forward with this. Dk how i feel about this company now.
