Imperium JewelryReviews of imperiumjewelry.com

When my first package arrived it was realized that the bracelet was impossible to clasp securely as 1 link was not in the correct position. Imperium then sent out a second package also through UPS. UPS tracking indicated that the package had been delivered when it had not. Either the carrier did not deliver the package to my address or someone knicked it soon after delivery. Upon sending a message about the delivery situation, Imperium sent out a third bracelet through the USPS, my preferred carrier. The bracelet is lovely and very heavy. I am quite pleased with the way Imperium worked with me to get my order to me and I couldn't be more satisfied with this company. Their commitment to resolve these problems and customer service was excellent.

Firs time purchasing, and when I wore this Cross with the 5mm CZ 24' gold diamonds chain everyone complimented me on the chain. It looks like the real thing, especially when you're in a room where they have lighting. That chain and cross really sparkle. Definitely will be buying again. Thank you!

I love!! I got the matching necklace to go with the cross. The picture doesn't give it justice. It's so beautiful in person.

Normally most bracelets are just too big & dangles on my wrist, which I hate! This bracelet came in and right out of the box, it fit perfectly and looked amazing!

I love worn a necklace from this company in the shower, to bed, MULTIPLE times. I've not had one issue. I recently purchased a gift for my wife and needed customer service and they helped so much. Great products, great service. Happy Camper

Great jewelry and great customer service. When I had an issue they got back to me immediately and made it right. Would definitely recommend

I liked how the jewelry was packed and the quality of workmanship. This is the best cross pendant I have ever had and the fine print was on par regarding quality. If your thinking of ordering from Imperium you should. You won't be disappointed! Best choice I made over having to think over other competitors!

I actually really like the jewelry I bought the $99 3 chains and they look good. I literally just bought another set and its definitely worth the price.
