The company is extremely hard to deal with. I have sent at least 6 or more emails regarding a bracelet I ordered that the clasp doesn’t lock and no reply! I just want a replacement but probably will never get it . I would not do business with them. Take your money somewhere else. Its not worth your effort.

Originally ordered a 10mm Cuban. After purchase was completed a pop up screen from them appeared. Trying to close the window I accidentally added a 12mm Cuban to my order. Then they said it would be $12 and some change restocking fee. Chains arrived and after inspection the quality is terrible. Links are open, and the PVD coating does not cover every link entirely. I will try other PVD coating companies using reviews from Trustpilot. If there was a way to include pictures of said defects I would.

It's been a month and I cannot get this company to contact UPS about my missing package. They will not call me. They got paid now I cannot get a refund or my merchandise. Crystal Bridges

-0 Rating. Recieve chain broken. Asked for return and refund. This was thier answer " We regret to inform you that we do not issue refunds for products in poor condition." They sent it in poor condition and will not issue a return or credit. I have sent follow up messages but no reply. Thieves!!!

This company is no good guys, I wouldn’t risk doing any business with them! I made a purchase with them, and the product was subsequently returned, tried to make contact several times with Imperium to be refunded, they never responded. Very unprofessional and fraudulent behavior.

This company who claims to have a "lifetime warranty on ALL products" and that their products are "guaranteed not to ever tarnish". I have 3 out of the 6 chains i bought are tarnishing along the neckline and when i reached out through email, im told "only one replacement allowed per chain" and "i see you bought that through our buy1 get 1 sale, therefore since it was your free product, its not covered under our warranty." Does that sound like "lifetime warranty" or is that a one time warranty? False advertisement at its finest. Not only are you lying about it not ever tarnishing, when it does tarnish, you refuse to honor the "lifetime warranty." PLEASE do not give them your money. Extremely disappointing, I will never spend another dime with them until they fix this fake warranty and tarnishing issue! I have pictures and screenshots of all tarnishing and emails from them and i plan to make sure i can reach out to as many people as possible, so no one else gets scammed.

I purchased a 20mm cuban iced bracelet, started wearing it normally for 1 week and it started to tarnished, blackened and peeled off. Poor quality! Not recommended.

This company is so trash, I received a replacement chain using a lifetime warranty, which they claim, but when I made the replacement, they told me that this is the only time that I’m going to be able to replace the chain, but I thought it was lifetime?? When I was removing the plastic wrapping off the chain, the chain came apart. I tried to let them know, but they said that they are pretty sure they sent me the chain intact, in other words where they calling me a liar?? I asked for escalation with a supervisor they told me that it was already escalated, and that they can’t help me. What kind of Customer Service is this? Why do they treat people like this? The chain was broken!!!!
