The quality feels solid, the pieces have a great appearance, and my order arrived as expected. For anyone looking for affordable jewelry that looks great, they definitely have some good options. My only disappointment was with the lifetime warranty policy. I needed to exchange my necklace for a smaller size, and in doing so, I lost my lifetime warranty coverage. That was frustrating since I wasn’t returning the item due to a defect—I simply needed a different size. Overall, I’m happy with the jewelry itself and think the value is good for the money, but I wish the warranty policy was more flexible when it comes to simple size exchanges.

I purchased five women’s bracelets from this company as Mother’s Day gifts, spending over $610 on the order. While the bracelets themselves were acceptable, the overall customer service experience was extremely disappointing. My order arrived with only two gift boxes for five bracelets. Since these were intended as gifts, I expected one presentation box for each bracelet. I contacted customer service immediately and requested that the missing three boxes be sent. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, it has now been several months and I have yet to receive any meaningful response. The only communication I have received consists of automated, boilerplate emails generated by their system. No one has personally addressed my concern or provided a solution. I also attempted to apply a discount code at the time of purchase, but the code did not work, which added to my frustration. As for the jewelry itself, the quality is average at best. In my opinion, the craftsmanship and overall presentation do not compare favorably to other online jewelry retailers such as JAXXON, where I have had much better experiences in both product quality and customer service. When a company charges premium prices, customers should expect responsive service and attention to detail. Sadly, that was not my experience here. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to purchase from this company again.

8 inches was actually 7 and a half. So my bracelet just fits. Make sure of your size. From the reviews i read its hard to return, so I decided to not return and give it to some friend. The bracelet looks good but I will go thru Amazon for my next order of any jewelry.
