I appreciate they got me the replacement legs ordered within the first call and dealing with the first support persons. Often these types of things require several phone calls. The replacements came in 4 business days and I'm up and running.

I purchased three tables from iMovR. I was highly disappointed with my third purchase, which arrived damaged. My first purchase with them, customer service was great. I was so incredibly disappointed at their lack of attention to customer needs. They offered me a $50 discount for the damage for a table that cost over $1000. They also offered to send me a new table but wouldn't take the old table back. Essentially, making the damaged table my responsibility to dispose of. Really poor attention to customer needs and perspective. In the end, they didn't follow up, we kept the damaged table because it felt so wasteful to receive another and throw the damaged one out. I don't think I ever received the $50 credit. They pretty much ghosted me. It was a big disappointment.

I would give it 5 out of 5 except the memory function on the control unit has never worked and customer service never replied to my support inquiry.

Great Products and excellent support. I purchased the Lander L desk and Steelcase leap chair. both amazing and no issues with either of them. support really helped me in selecting my purchase based on my needs and they nailed it!
