It was an overall good buying experience. They accidentally sent the wrong crossbar, but after a quick call with their friendly customer service, they confirmed and sent over the correct one free of charge. The assembly and quality of the product is excellent. There are many standing desks in the market, and lots of people do a lot of research to find the best value for price. Honestly, if you’ve found this one and you like it, it’ll do.

Order a desk and asked if two cpu holders could be attached to the desk. Was told they could since ther would be holes for the screws to atrach, but there are predrilled holes or instructions on how to attached the holders. Also order the wire management bit again the holes on the desk don't line up with the holes in the cable management tray. Now have two could holders and cable management tray that can be used unless I start drilling more holes in a brand new desk.

We experienced a delivery and a customer service issue that were later addressed and resolved by upper management. The desks are on the pricey side, but they are well built and have good functionable features.

I never received my order.

I was sent a used and defective $300+ wellness mat. It has been near impossible to get a refund and timely responses from this company. Beware if this shady drop shipping company.
