consumer beware - this company is a scam - they never have you speak to a clinician. they approve you within minutes and then they take your money out of your account, without even placing an order. They give you the run around when you try to contact them, and you receiving different messages from different phone numbers and different people, which are all conflicting. They took $1880 from me, but I already have an attorney helping me through - they will not keep my money, that's for sure. They are bogus and money hungry - DO NOT TRUST OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have lost over 8 pounds (I was five pounds MORE than my stated weight when I began! So while it may look like four, it’s actually closer to nine.). Given that I missed an entire week due to a procedure that required I not use a GLP-1 for at least a week prior, I think this is excellent. It really does calm the “food chatter” in your brain and that was a huge problem. Support is amazing! Thank you, Sunshine.

Haven’t lost anything since I started with Sunlight. Had been with another company before, and lost weight right away with it. I found out Sunlight does NOT follow the FDA dosing guidelines, so instead of increasing your dose every 4 weeks, they keep you at weak doses for 3 months! Because if you buy a long commitment they only send you your meds every 3 months. I don’t understand why they do that. You would think they would want you to lose weight. They avoid answering my questions by dancing all around them or just not responding to them at all. Wish I had stayed with the other company. The few dollars I saved is not worth not losing any weight. Be warned!

Very disappointed with Sunlight. The company is disorganized, provides incorrect or conflicting information, and repeatedly makes errors in billing and shipping. It's stunningly bad. Their customer care unit may "respond," but they don't address the issue or question asked and don't follow through. Errors occur at just about every stage. I previously used Noom and should have stayed with them for the few extra dollars. Noom was extremely well organized. I would advise staying far away from Sunlight and using a more established company.
