“ilovehue” is a Los Angeles based lighting company that exists to help you use the hue of your home lighting to your advantage. To have your environment work for you, not against you. We spend so much time blasting blue light into our faces with our phones and TV’s. Studies have shown this can have negative effects on our bodies melatonin production and increase cortisol (our stress hormone). It is important to us to make others aware the way light affects our mind and body. We also provide lighting solutions that can be conducive to a more relaxing environment, utilizing warm relaxing tones that do not trigger such a high cortisol response. Our lighting is ideal for a relaxing evening in your sanctuary.

I've been waiting for weeks for my lamp and after contacting them multiple times they have informed me that each lamp is "made to order". After reading through these other reviews, I am realizing this company is a scam and I should stop buying things off of targeted ads....

I ordered the sunrise alarm clock from this store. It did not work so I requested a refund. They said I could only get store credit but I didn't want anything else from that junk site. After several emails Olivia said I could get a refund if I mailed the package to her warehouse with tracking number. After I mailed the package she said I was no longer eligible for a refund. This place is a scam

This brand is a scam, do not buy from them! The lamps I received were extremely cheap and dirty pieces of plastic that you could probably get from AliExpress for a dollar. They looked absolutely nothing like the website pictures. They'll also deny your return request by purposely marking the lamp at a "discount" price and excluding it from eligible returns. I had to reach out to my bank to dispute the transaction and get my money back.

Should have researched this before buying and known better than to buy anything off a social media ad. What arrived was a cheap piece of plastic that looks nothing like the light in the picture, and the light didn’t even work at all. I have requested a refund but based on other reviews, I may just have to dispute with my credit card company.

The product I ordered does not function as advertised. The monetary investment was small, but my irritation is large. I have made 3 good faith attempts to request a refund without success. Apparently the products are drop shipped from China, then relabeled. My package makes it appear that it was shipped to me from Pennsylvania, but the shipping address is from a private home, not a warehouse or business.I suspect someone is purchasing from Ali Express and reselling online through social media.

I ordered a mushroom night light on 12/17 as a gift for my sister in law who loves mushrooms. The company said it would be delivered by 12/24 at the latest, and I just received it on 12/30. What I received is nothing close to what was advertised. Instead of the beautiful giftable packaging shown in the ads, I received a bright yellow box with a Bugs Life picture on one side and Chinese writing on the other. The quality is of something you would spend $1 on, not the $17 I paid. In fact, I found the exact one they sent me for sale on Aliexpress for $0.86.. and now I’m kicking myself for falling for this scam. I hope others check this site before making the mistake that I did.

This really strikes me as a knock off scam company. Shipping took about 1 month to come from China. The items look nothing like the pictures. On the website the photography is really well done to make everything loo beautiful. Then you get the product and it's cheap plastic and incredibly ugly. I asked to return my products and they said they won't accept a return. When you look at reviews on their website you start to realize they are written by AI and not authentic.

This company, website and return policy are a scam. The lights are very poor quality. Although the webiste advertises a 30-day return policy, when I requested to return them, they stated that they do not accept returns for fulfilled orders.
