it’s a kind of cute journal, but it didn’t meet my expectations (and def wasn’t worth it given how expensive it was). the materials (leather, inserts, and charms) are just very cheap and very poor quality.

Don’t order the journals. Really very poor quality and not what was represented in the marketing on social media and even on their website. The journals have a horrible smell like chemicals and what they claim is leather really feels like plastic. I could buy something like this on Temu for five dollars or less. when I inquired about returns, they said I cannot return for a refund only store credit because I purchased during their promotion. These shipped directly from China annd they do not disclose this up front, and it took three weeks to arrive. Avoid this company at all costs, very shady and not customer centric. There are many trustworthy companies out there that deserve our business, and I feel very sad that I purchased from a company that misrepresents their products.

I received one order and upon opening it was met with a strong mildew odor that permeated the packaging and items. The order was inaccurately fulfilled. It seems as if they gave you what they wanted to without regard to what was actually ordered. In another order I paid for 4 different journal charms and received four of the same charm. Ridiculous!! Will never order from this company again as they don’t know how to handle their customer's orders.

ORDER #43879 -- WHERE IS IT??? I've not been able to get any resolution as to why my order was initiated but never mailed. I don't like to do negative reviews but I am entirely sick and tired of other country vendors having terrible business practices.

DO NOT BUY I'd rate zero if I could. They had a good idea but did not implement it correctly at all. Customer service flat out sucks. I bought a sunrise alarm clock, but there was an issue on the production line. So I got an email saying they had to remake all sunrise clocks, and that it would take a few extra weeks but that I would receive the next generation model which is new and improved. Fast forward almost 2 months when I receive my product. It hasn't functioned properly once since set up. The clock changes its own time, and doesn't keep the dim setting on over night (to reduce blue light exposure). I reached out to customer service after troubleshooting my product, and they offered store credit instead of a refund. They discontinued the product (because it sucked!) and their policy says no refunds on discontinued items. On top of that I expressed how dissatisfied I was and that I didn't trust getting store credit due to faulty products, the customer service rep replied sarcastically to me "thank you for your positivity." Just over all rubbed me the wrong way and now I'm out 80 bucks. Give your money to a better company.

I ordered a leather journal and what ended up arriving was a cheap piece of garbage that looked NOTHING like the original pictures. I did a charge back on the card I used and they sent me a threatening text message a few days later saying “fraudulent chargebacks are illegal”… very inappropriate and unprofessional. These people are clearly just trying to scam. Avoid at all costs!!!
