Ordered the sunrise clock from them. They stated 2-5 business days delivery, and it was a month before I heard anything from them. They then told me it was because they were "hand assembling" the item. They told me it would take 5 days to complete, so I asked them to cancel my order. They then told me they couldn't cancel it since it had already shipped. I received tracking multiple days later, only to see that it had not in fact shipped, and was still awaiting pickup. I demanded a refund, which they told me they would provide and I asked for confirmation. They told me they would provide it immediately, and didn't. My tracking number disappeared after that. This is unfathomably gross incompetence at best, and deliberate theft at worst. Worst purchasing experience of my life.

I ordered from ilovehue on January 21. The item I received was poorly made and did not resemble how it was advertised. After reaching out multiple times for help, I was ignored for over a week. When I finally received a response, I was told that because my order was marked as “fulfilled,” they are incapable of issuing refunds — not because they won’t, but because their payment system allegedly doesn’t allow it. Let that sink in: once your order is delivered, refunds are off the table, even if the product is misrepresented. Instead of resolving the issue, I was offered store credit (for a product I no longer trust) or told to file a chargeback with my credit card company — which they admitted they would not contest. In other words, the burden of fixing their mistake is pushed entirely onto the customer and the bank. Being told to dispute a charge rather than receiving a refund is not customer service — it’s a red flag. If you value transparency, accountability, or basic consumer protections, I strongly recommend staying away. If something goes wrong with your order, be prepared to fight to get your money back.

I ordered an alarm clock. My order was incentivized with a lavender room spray. After 3 weeks I still hadn’t received order confirmation or shipping confirmation. So I reached out and they said they couldn’t confirm when it would ship, but promised it would. I requested a refund at that point. They refused. Then, 45 days after purchase I received shipping confirmation. It arrived the next day with the outer casing cracked and without the room spray included. . Poorly packed and poorly made. The radio stations don’t change, and it does not have the glow that was shown on the website for which the product has been removed.

HORRIBLE. DONT BUY A THING FROM THEM. Waited 2.5 weeks to get this lightweight super cheap alarm clock (literally thought the package was empty when i picked it up). and i was supposed to receive a lavender sleep mist (never came). BUT, the worst part? The alarm clock has a long electrical wire hanging out the back of it. I do not trust even plugging it in to try it, so it’s not usable. They lie and claim they are an LA based company but these are dropped ship JUNK from another country, hence the super long shipping. I have contacted them on instagram and via email for a full refund and it’s been 48 hours and still nothing. I spent $118 with tax and shipping, I am super disappointed.

Complete scam. They take months to ship the item (still haven't received anything after ordering before Christmas). I attempted to cancel the order in December and despite assuring me it had been and I would be receiving a credit within 72 hours it still shipped and they still charged me. Now they are saying I can have a store credit, but I have no intention of ever ordering from them again. Do not order from them!

They advertise 2-3 days expedited shipping and the business says it in Los Angeles, however after well over a month the item still hasn’t shipped and the shipping label created says it’s coming from China. They refuse to refund and keep offering store credit. Definitely feels like a scam.

Like everyone else, this took almost two months to arrive after being told it’d arrive 3-5 days. I coincidentally also spoke to ‘Olivia Sanders’ and ‘Kate’ multiple times trying to cancel the order or see where it was. They told me it’s made to order— which is why It’s taking so long (sure). I tried to find some information on the ‘founder of ILoveHue’ Olivia Sanders online, shocker, there’s no trace of her existence. Anyways, two months later— I just got the sunrise alarm clocks. They look like crap, and are nearly impossible to set up. I’m a 24 year old who works in corporate America— I think I’d know how to set up an alarm clock, but I gave up after fifteen minutes of trying. Not only that but the display and lighting is stark white, and the ‘soothing sounds’ sound AWFUL coming out of the cheap speaker. Also, it smells??? So we’ll see! I emailed ‘Olivia’ to get my refund. I know I’m gonna have to ship this box back at my own cost which is annoying in itself but that’s what I get for ordering from a sketchy website. We’ll see if I ever get my money back. Lol. Don’t order from this place. It’s a scam.

I ordered the bundle of two sunrise alarm clocks on 1/13/26, and they arrived on 2/13/26. In between order and arrival, I emailed back and forth with "Kate" on their support team and "Olivia", the "founder." Neither were helpful, and both kept giving me the runaround on why my order was taking so long ot ship. At one point, like many other reviewers, I was promised a 15% partial refund because of how long it was taking, but I've never seen it. The alarm clocks themselves are fine, though wildly overpriced for the quality. The display is annoyingly bright, and there is no way to dim the display. If you're looking for a sunrise alarm clock that can also double as a sound machine, I'd recommend just buying those two things separately.
