Ihop Lansing Illinois had the rudest customer service online process I have ever seen. I ordered food from online I sat in the order pickup area for 30 min until I decided to call they brought me half my order out and told me they didn’t see my other part I requested a refund they told me no so now I’m going to have to contact law enforcement to see if I can somehow get my money back

I wish I could say I had ONE bad experience at a certain location and still love ihop in general; - sadly, the past three visits to three different locations have gotten progressively worse and I will no longer be a patron of the ihop chain. The restaurants are understaffed, filthy (flys are everywhere!) little to no management, unhappy employees, lack of customer service, lines of 10 or more to check out! (unacceptable) and orders never being fulfilled. Today at the Hillsboro Tx location, (which was strike three), the manager stood in the back corner talking to friends?/family?/employees? - who knows…. But there were only five tables total in the store at 3:15 pm when we went in and every single table was complaining to each other about the horrific lack of service. One table even stood up until the manager finally came over, just to get a packet of sweetener for the tea that they ordered 30 min prior! Are you kidding me?? The manager managed to pry himself away from his conversation to ask “if there was a problem” and then walked back and continued his conversation with the important back table party. Ludicrous. I ordered soda and got water. I ordered fries and 2 hours later with three different requests never did see any. I also ordered a regular salad with no meat and received a sad, wilted lettuce embarrassment to even the worst chef on earth and was charged full price for the chicken salad deluxe - minus the chicken. Is this real life?! There was a huge pile of swept up dirt and food on the floor that never got picked up and was so noticeable that my 5 year old grandson made a comment on it. That itself speaks volumes. There’s plenty more disappointing service to complain about, but I’ve lost enough time and money already on this establishment. I hope this review saves others the time, trouble & disappointment and steers them to find a better dining experience elsewhere. Anywhere is better.

Rude management. Went to pick up an order was told i should just leave(from manager). Finally got the food over 45 min later(quick 2 egg breakfast) Was told not to bother coming back to this restaurant (from the manager). I was nice and cordial, unlike the Manger. As if I ever would put myself through that again she obviously doesnt understand customers are what keep the doors open. If you would like to be ignored from the staff and have a terrible customer relations interaction with cold food, this is the place for you. If not, please do not waste your money on this, many other restaurants that would love to have your business.

I tried ordering off their online website and had a terrible experience, nothing was easy to navigate and I probably pressed "check out" 50 times only to be bounced back to the main menu page. I also tried to call and order and waited on the phone for ten minutes before I decided to hang up and go somewhere else. I will never be eating at ihop.

We visited this San Antonio location (IHOP store # 3544) on two consecutive days ( May 21st and 22nd 2021 ) for breakfast. The first experience was fine however the second visit was marred by vulgarity from one member of the staff. This was not directed to us as customers however we don't expect our visit to a restaurant to be disturbed by a member of staff walking past our table mouthing the f word in protest at some gripe or other. This was loud enough for all nearby to hear. Would you return to this restaurant with children....probably not. I asked the polite waitress ( Vanessa ) serving us if he was a member of staff and she said yes he was. The man was tall, of massive build with very dark long hair. As we saw no more of him after the event my guess is he worked in the kitchen. He simply marched past without a care for those paying his wages i.e. the customers. Worst service I ever had food came out one piece at a time service was slow n will never come here again. They thought they were doing me a favor by giving me a 20% discount or you kidding me they ruined the whole meal one of the burgers came out with some dry ass macaroni and cheese if that’s what you want to calling her fries came out later the eggs came out without the toast toast came out when we were about to leave the other one had their plate except for the pancakes pancakes are missing I got my burger last and that’s all I got was the burger then they bring me about eight little fries and say oh they’ll be some more in a few minutes I mean My God how hard is it to cook some food and bring it to the goddamn table my burger wasn’t even hot it was cold I think next time we will play it safe and go to waffle house I mean it was a pathetic excuse for service today with IHOP I think I’m going to hop along somewhere else that knows how to cook the food and bring it out and where I have good service what a pathetic joke they won’t get one more penny of my money ever again Totally pissed

IHOP in Roanoke TX #3007.. The absolute worst service ever. Food tasted like it was microwaved. Mgr. Told me he was sorry but didn't offer anything like maybe to recook my order. I was so damn hungry I ate it anyway.I will not be returning to this location ever again.. Waiter- Aron J # 100061 CHECK# 9033 05/20/2021 Time was around 1930 when I checked out and paid my bill.
