I had a taste for some good pancakes or waffle service was terrible 😩 waffle didn't arrive with meal she forgot waitress in sparkling jeans then charged us almost 50.00

We went to ihop Santa Cruz California for breakfast. Our son can only eat gluten free as he is coeliac. He ordered 2 gluten free pancakes and some French fries. The waitress did not write the order down and stated she had a very good memory. She arrived back with 4 pancakes and a little later with the French fries. Our son has a very upset stomach and vomiting about 2/3 hours after eating the food. This is exactly the symptoms of having eating gluten for him. We feel we paid for a lovely family holiday meal for it to be ruined for us all. We will never go back to IHOP!

Went to IHop in Hays tonight and it was Awful,there was hair on my plate ,I ordered scrambled eggs and they were cooked hard not scrambled our waiter Anthony took the food back,brought out new food the eggs were scrambled but they tasted Awful and so did the burnt hashbrowns and the bacon was black from being burnt, I couldn't eat it.Anthony was great and did everything possible to correct the situation.They really need a new night cook.

We stopped for a bite to eat here in the evening and well, wish we would have gone elsewhere. First the place was empty. But still it took over 30 minutes to get what we ordered. Once it got to our table it was almost cold. I can also say that there were probably two waitresses tending to the whole place. The taste of the food was at best mediocre and there was nothing that stood out except the disappointment of choosing this place. For breakfast maybe it is a good place, but not for dinner!

Can IHOP bring back that Nashville sauce. It had a unique taste that. 5 star is waiting with that Nashville sauce.

IHOP used to be good. My last experience was awful. It had been many years since I ate at an IHOP, but I was looking forward to it after a long morning at the hospital. I ordered what I was hoping to be close to the southwest omelet I used to love. Chunks of cold, under seasoned chicken, a raw pepper of some sort and slightly melted cheese all served on a cold omelet. Ive never had a worse omelet in my 62 years on this earth.

Oceanside, CA IHOP. It took a good 15 minutes for our order to be taken after we arrived at 9:15am. Not busy, empty tables visable during the entire visit. Food took 45 minutes to reach us and was cold to luke warm. It had been sitting a while before being delivered. Saugage was limp. Had to request refills on drinks. Free all you can eat pancakes took 25 minutes to be served after being requested. Server said it was all done by compouter and there were other orders ahead of us.

Went to give them another try after the meal at our last visit was delayed 30 minutes while the only cook prepared a large delivery order that came in after we ordered. Today, we arrived for lunch at 11:30 with the restaurant about 30% full. It took 10 minutes before a server came to take our order. Then, about 15 minutes later she came back saying she deleted our order from her device and needed us to give it to her again. By then, it was 12:00 and we needed to be gone by 12:30. She hem hawed about having the food to us before 12:30 but couldn't assure us to be finished eating. We left and went elsewhere, never to return to this location again
