"I want to tell as many people as I can about a great customer service experience! I got a brand new heated vest in the mail today! My sister bought me my original one 30 months ago. It quit working and I contacted the company. Even though their warranty is only 18 months, they sent me a brand new one for $20 shipping and handling. (This vest is $89 new on amazon.) There actually is still a company out there that cares about amazing customer service! If you ever have a chance to support iHood, do it! They sell heated gloves, socks, vests and coats!"

Got a jacket for Christmas, wore it one time and within 3 minutes the battery ran down. Tried again the next day with same issue. Even after I turned the jacket off it continued to get warm, even the battery was hot. Contacted customer service. They were not helpful at all and was not concerned that the battery was insanely hot. Buyer beware. I will not purchase again

Purchased the ihood jacket and boy do I love it keeps me from freezing while bike riding in winter to work in the Colorado mornings battery life is decent but would highly recommend a spare battery if you like to stay extra toasty ( ie red mode all sections all day 3 1/2 - 4 hours per battery) the quality is also amazing for keeping yourself dry with light snow or rain and with machine washing a option I mean? Who doesn’t love that? 10/10 from me will def be investing more into this brand for there product line.

If I could give 0 stars I would … places order on dec 10 … it didn’t ship until dec 19 … same hollow excuses I read from others who experienced same … their customer service is horrible … hard to get any legitimate answers … there have to be other companies that make similar product that actually knows how to run a business … NOT recommended

Although I received a sock battery that would only charge to 75 percent, when I notified Ihood, they quickly send me a new battery. They came through on their warranty.

Wife loved it, and the color (pink). It worked so well for her. Everyone was jealous and wanted it.

It’s like wearing an electric blanket. Love it and highly recommend. Very lightweight and comfortable.
