I purchased the heated socks for skiing and fishing. They arrived quickly and well packaged. The socks heat up reasonably well and hold a charge for about three hours on high which is a touch shorter than advertised. I've found that a lower heat level didn't produce enough heat to keep my feet comfortable while skiing or fishing. I also found that if you have more than one pair of socks near each other that the heat control on the app actually controls everyone's socks. In order to prevent this from happening, you have to use the manual control on the socks. I've also found that the socks are a little on the thick side for skiing and that the heating elements caused a bit of discomfort.

I've had a battery come doa and my jacket back coils stop working and they made it right each time without hesitation!! Kudos to the team for fast response times and being super knowledgeable with their products.

Many very Good things! The iHood vest that I received was better than expected. The quality was great. The fit and look were awesome. I ordered the small but when I received it I had made the wrong choice. No problem, iHood sent me a return label and I received a Medium within days. Wow. I ordered an extra battery as well which you will find useful. I cannot more highly recommend this product and the company. I hope you will support this company through your purchases. I ordered the heated socks and after a couple of months one of the batteries failed. Contacted customer support and they sent two new pair of socks. Awesome support!

This company I recommend 1000%. Their products are very well made with great materials and work very well. They have the most helpful and outstanding customer service. I did have a small issue with one product and they were very helpful. They respond very quickly to get the issue solved very nice I recommend this company 10/10.

I have really enjoyed using their jacket as I ride a bicycle to work and it can be quite cold in the mornings. The stitching that holds the zipper teeth to the jacket started to come undone which prevented the jacket from being able to zip up. Customer service was very quick to respond and issued a prompt solution. It was a very smooth experience and reinforces my confidence in investing in their products. I hope this review can help other prospective buyers.

The size was way to small. And the battery died in 40 minutes. I was outside for 3 hours and I from the last 2 hours.

I love my ihood heated vest!! I have had different vest in the past but I find the I hood a better product. 1. It has a thin hood that is heated at the ears that roles up and zips into the collar for extra heat on the back of your next I ski so I like the hood as it fits nicely under my helmet and keeps the wind off my neck. 2. All heated vest have on/off buttons on the front of the vest. Ihood has three buttons for different areas and three different temps. The best part is. There is a button that turns the light off while the vest is still in heated mode I have not found that on any other vest. When I needed to email service they got right back to me and were very helpful. I highly recommend ihood
