The battery is for my wife and daughter whom I purchased a heated vest for last year but now I was looking for a second battery for each of them and found what I thought was a bigger Ihood battery but it turned out to not have the same ports….really Ihood so I then went to the company web site and bought 2 small ones. It would have been great to just make the same connectors in all your products, this is the reason for 3 stars.

Update: Customer service has assured me they will send a replacement as soon as possible. This is a really great vest when it works as it should. My husband has never had an issue with his. Vest has not worked as stated. Maybe I just got a bad one as my husband's is fine. Replaced battery from seller and still not staying on. Hoping I will get a replacement vest soon.
